Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026. This notice is provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data Migration Partner is a white-label ECC → S/4HANA data migration practice. This page explains what personal data we process when you visit datamigrationpartner.com or contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

Data Migration Partner is not yet incorporated as a limited company. For GDPR purposes the joint controllers are:

trading as Data Migration Partner.

Contact: info@datamigrationpartner.com

When a company is incorporated, this notice will be updated with the legal entity name, registered office and company number. Until then, the two named individuals remain the controllers of personal data processed through this website and our enquiry mailbox.

2. What we collect

We do not run an account system, a marketing list, or a contact form. We process only what is needed to run the site and answer professional enquiries.

4. How long we keep it

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the practice:

If an Implementation Partner introduces us to an end client, we process contact details under that partner’s instructions and the subcontract. Client SAP data processed during delivery stays inside the client’s SAP perimeter and is not processed through this website.

If we later add a meeting scheduler (for example Cal.com or Calendly), that provider will be named here before it goes live.

6. International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework as implemented by those providers.

7. Cookies

This website does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use a cookie banner because we do not use non-essential cookies.

Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s servers and may allow Google to see your IP address even if no cookie is stored by us.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may:

Email info@datamigrationpartner.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within one month, or tell you if we need more time (up to two further months for complex requests).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may contact the authority in your EU Member State of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. A list is published by the European Data Protection Board.

9. LinkedIn

Links to our company LinkedIn page and to founders’ profiles are ordinary outbound links. Clicking them is subject to LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not load the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this site.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our processing changes — for example when we incorporate, add a scheduler, or change host. The date at the top is the latest version.
